The disruption will take place from 4.30pm on Friday 3rd February as no new appointments will be made.

good_ratingsWe work hard to provide the best possible service to our patients, but we are only human, and mistakes or misunderstandings are almost inevitable. Should this happen we will do our utmost to resolve the situation.

Any complaints, criticisms, words of praise and constructive suggestions are most welcome. Initially, if they are related to reception, please ask for the head receptionist; in all other circumstances ask for the practice manager or your GP who will deal with them as necessary.
